Alex Harris Decides On Gloucester Move

19th May 2017 by Martin Watson - Club News

Goalkeeper Alex Harris has agreed terms on a move to Gloucester City this evening.

The two time Southern League South & West title winner received the offer after the Tigers lost regular first choice Jasbir Singh due to travelling distances from his Birmingham base following their switch to the National South division. The move from National North was confirmed the day after the 25 year old Welshman had agreed to remain at Edgar Street.

Manager Peter Beadle told us “Tim Harris did it the right way. He rang me today and asked to speak to Alex. Alex spoke to them and was keen to test himself at the highest possible level.

“I’m disappointed to lose him but I wish him all the best.”
