The Hereford boss Peter Beadle took a lot of positives from this afternoon’s comfortable 4-0 victory away at Kempston Rovers in the FA Cup.
The Bulls now enter the 3rd Qualifying Round draw which will take place on Monday.
Beadle described the win as a “good performance from front-to-back, and we were also nice and solid at the back keeping a clean sheet”.
Hereford were able to name a full complement of seven substitutes with the Bulls boss very happy with the competition for places that now exists within the group.
“It’s nice to have that depth. We had genuine quality on the bench and any of them could have started”.
Garyn Preen continued his rich vein of scoring with the opener for Hereford on the half-hour mark, before John Mills stepped up to convert two penalties.
Substitute Lance Smith showed great composure to grab the fourth in stoppage time.
