Tomorrow’s game against Rocester will see Hereford FC pay its respects to fallen soldiers from our Armed Forces ahead of Remembrance Day on Sunday.
As announced late last week, the club’s players will take to the field in one-off playing shirts with a poppy printed on the chest, shirts which will then be auctioned on EBay in the coming weeks to raise money for the Poppy Appeal in Herefordshire.
A decision will be taken about which shirts will be the first to be auctioned after Saturday’s game.
Every penny successfully bid will be donated to this fantastic cause and we hope supporters dig deep for the opportunity to own a unique piece of Hereford FC memorabilia in aid of a great charity.
In addition, a Minute’s Silence will be held prior to kick off and therefore the club would like to ask supporters to enter Edgar Street in plenty of time tomorrow afternoon.
