Thank You To Volunteers Today

17th May 2017 by Jamie Griffiths - Club News

A big thank you to our team of volunteers who braved the wet weather today to make a start on some of the close season stadium works.

A merry band of volunteers have started work on improving the stadium toilets, as well as painting some of the worn metalwork around the ground.

If anyone would like to offer their help, we have several projects planned over the coming weeks and months, from renovation of the stadium toilets, to a general clean and tidy in and around the ground.

The tasks involved include general cleaning/tidying of the stadium, preparation work for builders/painters, painting and other manual tasks.

WHEN: We’re looking for help during the week on either a Monday, Wednesday or Friday anytime between 10am-3pm. Just call into reception, no need to tell us in advance! You’ll be reporting to Stu Whitehurst our Caretaker.

For those unable to help during the week, we’ll also be holding several painting/work weekends closer to the start of the season. Keep an eye out on the Official Site for more details.

If you’ve got any questions please email [email protected].
