Hereford FC are looking to recruit a matchday social media volunteer to manage the clubs social media platforms on a first team matchday, both home and away.
Working alongside the existing matchday live team your role will be to ensure that Hereford FC provide the best possible coverage for fans on a matchday.
Duties will include writing posts on Twitter and Facebook in the build up to, during and after the game. You’ll be confident in your ability to capture images and video from around the ground to share the story of the day via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

As well as managing the main social media channels, you’ll oversee the running of the official website on a matchday, ensuring that all of the clubs internet output is up to date and in line with the clubs content plan.
Experience and knowledge of social media is essential, as well as the ability to spot the latest digital trends and act quickly to ensure the best possible coverage of matchday as it unfolds. You’ll be comfortable with using mobile devices and a wide range of apps, and be able to take new technology in your stride.
