Beadle : “I’m proud of the boys today. They reacted and performed so well”

17th April 2017 by Keith Hall - Uncategorised

Listen to the post-match Radio Hereford interview with Bulls’ boss Peter Beadle after his side became only the fourth team this season¬†to beat Evesham in the Evo-Stik Southern League South & West at the Jubilee Stadium this afternoon.

This was a much more determined and resourceful display by Hereford who were made to work extremely hard by a well drilled Evesham side.

A deft Pablo Haysham flick from an accurate Mike McGrath free-kick set the Bulls on their way just before the interval, before John Mills 90th minute strike sealed victory right at the death.

But, there was still time for Ryan Green to be sent-off for handball and a second yellow card of the afternoon for the former Welsh International. However, a diving Martin Horsell kept out the resulting Adam Mann spot-kick, maintaining the Bulls unbeaten league run away from home that now stretches back to 15th August 2015!
