A battling performance at Liberty Way sees The Bulls pick up a point from their first away game of the season.
It was The Bulls who made most of the early running, dominating possession for the first 25minutes but failing to break down their hosts despite a number of balls into the box. As the first half wore on, Nuneaton started to work their way more and more into the game, and had a number of chances that could have seen them take the lead. Thankfully for The Bulls Horsell was on hand to keep the home side at bay.
The Bulls had one final chance to take the lead as half-time approached when Lance Smith raced into the box, unfortunately, he dragged his shot wide of the post.
The second half was a more level affair, with Nuneaton proving to be more of a test for The Bulls than they were in the first half.
Both sides created opportunities but neither were able to test the oppositions ‘keeper as the game headed to a goalless draw.
