Academy striker George Lloyd signed his first professional contract at Cheltenham Town in December 2017.
18-year-old Lloyd made his first-team debut when he appeared in the Checkatrade Trophy fixture with Swansea Under-21s at the LCI Rail Stadium in August 2017, starting and playing the entire 90 minutes.
The Striker was Marc Richards’ first signing as Hereford Manager and the forward arrives on loan at Hereford off the back of 4 appearances at Cheltenham already this season. Two came at Sky Bet League Two level and the another two were in the League Cup against Colchester United and Brentford.
The Gloucester-born striker – who first joined the club’s Academy ranks as a nine-year-old – also scored a club record-equalling eight goals in the FA Youth Cup win over AFC Totton in November 2017.
Lloyd also scored twice at Sky Bet League Two level last season (2017/18) against Cambridge United and Crewe Alexandra.
