27-year-old ‘Target Man’ striker Lance Smith began his career at Littleton F.C and after a short stint at nearby club Badsey Rangers, he joined Evesham in September 2013.
Smith scored 26 goals for home town club Evesham United in the 2016/17 season to earn a move to Edgar Street ahead of the record breaking title winning season last campaign.
The forward was a huge part of that success, netting 28 times in all competitions as the Bulls completed their third successive Championship.
Bulls Boss Peter Beadle spoke to the Press after Smith’s transfer to Edgar Street was confirmed: “Lance gives us something different to what we have. He’s got a good record and he’s keen to take the opportunity.”
Interestingly, as well as boasting a successful non-league football career, Lance also completed a degree in Music which he completed at Portsmouth University.
