PREVIEW: Frome vs Hereford

27th September 2017 by Jamie Griffiths - Uncategorised

Frome Town vs Hereford FC

Wednesday 27th September 2017
Special Effects Stadium
Kick off 7:45pm
Southern League Premier Division

Wednesday night sees Hereford on another away journey, this time to the Special Effects Stadium home of Frome Town Football Club looking to continue their great run of form after winning 2-0 away at Weymouth last Saturday.

Pete Beadle might look to keep the same team that started on Saturday, knowing what a good all out performance they put in, or he might decide to make one or two changes knowing that this Saturday is the FA Cup fixture against Hornchurch at Edgar Street.

Frome come into the game on a five-match unbeaten run in all competitions, a 2-1 win on Saturday at home to Bishops Stortford saw them gaining their first home points so far this season.

Hereford will obviously be looking to John Mills and the other attackers to be their main threat to make sure The Bulls make it 44 league away games unbeaten. The one to watch for Frome will be Jonathan Davies who is their top goal scorer with 5 league goals.

Last time a Hereford team visited Frome Town was in November 2014 under the previous regime, and The Bulls came away with the three points after winning 3-1.

Admission Prices are £10 for adults £7 for concessions, £3 students (with ID), U16 and military are free (ID required).

Don’t forget, you can keep up with all the action via the Official Hereford Website.

Live and interactive text coverage and live Radio Hereford FC audio commentary will get underway here on the official website from around 7pm onwards.

We’ll bring goal updates as well as half time and full time scores across all our Social Media platforms.
